I know how hard it is to find a therapist - and I am one!

I recently noticed how often I was being asked to help friends, family and clients navigate the increasing number of counselling directories and either feeling too overhwelmed and giving up, or relying on AI, which, let’s be honest, doesn’t always get it right.

I also know first-hand how frustrating and disappointing it is to build up the courage to make contact with a therapist…only to be left unread.

I decided a human touch was missing, so I set up Counselling Connect - a counselling navigation service to make it easier for people to connect to all those brilliant counsellors out there - and get the support they need with less stress and more certainty.

By using my knowledge and expertise, and my personal therapist network, I can make the search for the right therapist easier, and lighten the load when it is already feeling heavy.
